I love this quote
"The amount of energy necessary to refute bullshit is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it."
Originally seen here, but attributed to Alberto Brandolini.
That is a good line. It has only been since I first got online that I have noticed a related phenomenon. The one I am talking about is that people will argue for post after post, defending some BS statement, but "can't be bothered" to go look at any reference a person might post that refutes it. And they take the time to be quite rude in their refusal, using phrases like "I can't be ar*ed" to try and appear polite.
I don't want everyone to do it,,,,,,,but, it makes things very relaxing to just give up and stop typing details that "experts" "dunt bleeve in"
